Executive Financial Partners LLC seeks a Senior Sales Representative to manage a Texas territory, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers while driving sales growth.

You will mentor teammates, benefit from comprehensive training, and leverage Salesforce to expand your network. This is a 1099, commission-based role with performance incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in sales/leadership.

Responsabilités

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with employees to explain coverage options.
• Deliver engaging group presentations that communicate value and impact of products.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through service, follow-up and policy reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor in your territory.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network.
