Horace Mann invites driven professionals to join as Exclusive Insurance Agents. This role offers 1099, performance-based compensation with a 48-month incentive package, plus quarterly incentives and a dedicated service rep to support client work.

An exclusive territory and top-tier training help you grow your agency with cutting-edge technology. Applicants should have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, and hold Life, Health, and Property & Casualty licenses (FINRA 6/63 if applicable).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance License.
• Life and Health Insurance License.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency within an exclusive territory.
• Present insurance products to educators and groups.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events to grow your business.
• Invest time and resources to ensure long-term success of your agency.
