Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable coverage while building a personal client base using Horace Mann’s resources in a niche market.

This 1099, performance-based role offers incentives, an assigned territory, cutting-edge technology, and ongoing training to grow your agency and network. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services and relevant licenses, with potential FINRA6/63 where applicable.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
