Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure exclusive territory to grow your agency.
• Present insurance products to groups and individuals effectively.
• Engage in networking, community, and industry events to build relationships.
• Invest time and resources to assure long-term agency success.
• Manage client relationships with the support of Horace Mann resources.
