Job summary
Horace Mann is recruiting Exclusive Insurance Agents to support Branch Insurance partnerships. Build a personal auto and home insurance book while representing Horace Mann for life, retirement, and educator-focused solutions.
The role offers a 1099 compensation model with incentives and a dedicated service rep to help you focus on growth. Candidates should have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, hold required general lines licenses, and may pursue FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty; Life and Health.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
Responsibilities
- Offer and write personal auto and home insurance through Branch Insurance.
- Represent Horace Mann for life, retirement, and educator-focused insurance solutions.
- Build relationships within your community to grow market access.
- Establish and manage your agency with dedicated service support.
- No external office required.
