Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial solutions. You will own a defined territory with exclusive access, supported by a dedicated service representative and leading technology to grow your agency.

The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation, plus a substantial 48-month incentive package and quarterly rewards as you build your business. This is a growth-focused opportunity within Horace Mann's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• License requirements: Life and Health Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

• Build market access and strong relationships with clients.
