Horace Mann, in partnership with Branch Insurance, is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to offer personal auto and home insurance through Branch Insurance while representing Horace Mann for life, retirement, and educator-focused insurance solutions. You will work within an exclusive territory and leverage cutting-edge technology to grow your business.

The role features 1099 compensation with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, quarterly incentives, and a dedicated service

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, sales, and business management skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
• Resident state general lines licenses: Property & Casualty; Life & Health.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships within your community and develop market access opportunities.
• Confidently present Branch and Horace Mann solutions to individuals and groups; actively network at events.
• Manage your agency operations and client services with support from a dedicated service rep.
• Invest time and resources to build a successful, long-term business.
