Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to support Branch Insurance, offering and writing personal auto and home insurance while representing Horace Mann for life, retirement, and educator-focused solutions.

This role provides 1099 compensation with an incentive package, exclusive territory, dedicated service support, cutting-edge tech, and opportunities to grow a niche educator market without an office. You’ll network in your community and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, sales, and business management skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
• Property and Casualty and Life/Health licenses or ability to obtain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Present Branch and Horace Mann solutions to individuals and groups.
• Network in the community and develop market access opportunities.
