Job summary

Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Insurance Agent to support our strategic partnership with Branch Insurance. You will offer personal auto and home insurance while representing Horace Mann’s life, retirement, and educator-focused solutions.

You will operate in a defined territory on a 1099 compensation model with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, supported by Branch’s platform and Horace Mann’s product portfolio. Build relationships and grow your business.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, sales and business management skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property & Casualty; Life & Health.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency within the exclusive Horace Mann/Branch Insurance partnership.
• Present Horace Mann and Branch Insurance solutions to individuals and groups.
• Develop market access opportunities and relationships within your community.
