We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Home Inspector to provide coverage in the Little Rock area and help establish Upchurch Inspection as a trusted name in Little Rock.

Opportunity Overview

As a Home Inspector working with Upchurch Inspection, you’ll perform comprehensive home inspections, document your findings clearly, and communicate them to clients in a friendly, professional manner. We want someone who values accuracy, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in continual growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential home inspections according to InterNACHI and/or applicable Arkansas state standards of practice
• Inspect major home systems including structure, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exteriors, and interiors
• Produce clear, detailed digital inspection reports using modern reporting software
• Communicate findings to clients in an approachable, educational way
• Uphold Upchurch Inspection’s reputation for honesty, professionalism, and quality
• Keep up with continuing education, building practices, and safety protocols
• Represent the company during client interactions, agent meetings, and real-estate events when needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Home Inspector License in your state (Arkansas or surrounding state if applicable)
• InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)
• Strong attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, well-maintained transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Physically able to access attics, crawlspaces, and roofs as conditions allow

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home inspections, construction, trades, or real estate
• Comfort using inspection software and digital tools
• Strong customer service background
