Job summary

A home inspection company is seeking a dependable Home Inspector to cover Southwest Missouri. The role requires conducting thorough residential inspections and effectively communicating findings to clients. Candidates must hold the InterNACHI CPI credential and have strong attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills. The position offers favorable pay splits, support for growth, and a professional working environment. Valid driver's license and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Passed the National Home Inspector Exam.
• InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) credential.
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Physically capable of accessing attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and tight or elevated areas.

Responsibilities

Known throughout the Mid-South for thorough, honest, and easy-to-understand home inspections, Upchurch Inspection is looking for a partner to bring the same high standard of excellence to Joplin, Branson, Springfield, and surrounding areas.

Opportunity Overview

As a Home Inspector working with Upchurch Inspection, you’ll perform comprehensive residential inspections, clearly document your findings, and communicate results to clients in a friendly, professional way. Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential home inspections according to InterNACHI standards of practice and applicable Missouri guidelines

• Communicate findings to clients in an approachable, educational manner

• Represent the company professionally at client appointments and local real estate events
