Job summary

FeldCare Connects seeks a self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver premier home health care for adults. This Independent Contractor role requires assessing speech and language disorders, planning and administering therapy, and monitoring progress in patients’ homes. You will work with patients of all ages in a flexible schedule.

The position emphasizes independence, practical scheduling, and support with care coordination, while focusing on high-quality therapy outcomes and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and state registration.
• CCC-SLP certification by ASHA; accredited speech therapy program completed.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs in treating speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan; execute interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
• Monitor progress and report responses; provide education to patients and families as part of therapy.
