Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathology license must be unrestricted.
• Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Reliable personal transportation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report the patient’s condition changes.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
