You will assess speech-language disorders, plan and implement personalized treatment, and monitor patient progress in the home setting while coordinating with families and healthcare teams involved in care.

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered Speech Therapist in the state.
• Completed an accredited Speech Therapist program.
• CCC (ASHA) certification in speech pathology or audiology.
• Ability and enthusiasm to work with all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and evaluate speech-language disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to the physician.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures.
• Document visits and update the medical record.
