Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home hospice and end-of-life care in Milwaukee, Racine, Menomonee Falls and surrounding areas. You will work on a mobile schedule with generous options from 2 to 5 days per week, including self-managed scheduling, and enjoy a team that supports work‑life balance.

The role emphasizes sitting with families on living room floors, answering hard questions with kindness, and delivering gentle goodbyes. A DVM and U.S.

Qualifications

• DVM required and licensed to practice in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Weekends on your terms with scheduling options.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• Background check and driving record review prior to start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home veterinary hospice and end-of-life care.
