Providence at Home with Compassus delivers in-home physical therapy across the Yelm and Olympia area. We seek a compassionate PTA to provide hands-on therapy under a PT and follow the physician-ordered Plan of Care, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their homes.

You will work autonomously in the field, communicate updates to the care team, and ensure safe, effective therapy within the home environment while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifikationen

• Required - Associate degree Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Preferred - 1 year PTA experience in home health or rehab.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license in WA.

Aufgaben

• Deliver therapy per PT plan and document progress with supervising PT.
• Assess patients of varied ages and identify needs for referrals.
• Maintain timely notes aligned with agency standards and billing.
• Schedule and visit patients in home settings, ensuring safety and efficacy.
