Job summary

Partners In Home Care is seeking a Home Medical Equipment (HME) Patient Service Technician to deliver and set up equipment for patients throughout Western Montana. The role requires strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently from our Missoula office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience in healthcare/technical environment preferred.
• Experience with equipment setup or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up a wide range of Home Medical Equipment (HME) to and from patient residences and healthcare facilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, maintenance, and safety of HME.
