Job summary

Benefis is seeking a Home Medical Equipment delivery technician to educate patients and caregivers on oxygen equipment, hospital beds, and related devices, enabling at-home care.

You will ensure accurate documentation at the time of delivery, troubleshoot equipment issues, and repair or replace devices in the home or at the store as needed.

A high school diploma and a Montana driver's license are required, with factory training in HME preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Montana driver's license.
• Experience or completion of factory training in home medical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and educate patients and caregivers on oxygen equipment, hospital beds, and other in-home devices.
• Ensure all documentation is completed at delivery.
• Troubleshoot equipment concerns with patients or caregivers.
• Repair or replace equipment in the home as needed and assist with store reprocessing.
