England Logistics offers seasoned freight brokers an opportunity to join the Authorized Freight Agent Program as an independent contractor. You’ll access expansive resources, technology, and support while maintaining autonomy over your own operation.

If you have a proven track record in FTL, LTL, or Parcel brokerage and a current book of business, this partnership is designed to scale your success across Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, and Specialty shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience in Full Truck Load (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and/or Parcel brokerage.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business.
• Strong negotiation skills and solid carrier relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to scale your independent operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor under England Logistics.
• Leverage our network to secure competitive rates and reliable service.
• Manage and grow your book of business across multiple freight modes.
• Utilize back-office support for credit checks, collections, and claims.
• Use tools like McLeod, DAT, Trucker Tools, and real-time load tracking.
