Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience welcomed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Life & Health license; licensing process guided.
• Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6/7 and Series 63/66 within 12 months.
• Clear background check and fingerprinting as required by regulators.
• Uncapped, production-driven commission compensation; ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Engage with families, business owners, and professionals to assess financial objectives.
• Provide tailored advice across the seven planning areas: protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, and education funding.
• Implement life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, advisory accounts, and retirement plans.
• Build and own a client book from day one with activity-driven practice.
• Leverage planning tools and our specialist network to support client needs.
