Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Active Life & Health license; SIE plus Series 6/7 and 63/66 registrations preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting, financial services, or insurance.
• Established client relationships in Tucson or Southern Arizona (Foothills/Oro Valley/Marana, Green Valley/Sahuarita, Havasu/Kingman, or border market).
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Clean or discussable U4/U5 compliance history; no binding non-solicitation, or a clear timeline for expiration.
• Ready to decide within 14-21 days after completing legal review of restrictions.
