Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking experienced financial professionals in Southern Arizona for a confidential conversation, with ownership of 100% of your clients on an open-architecture platform backed by NLG and ESI Illuminations.

Compensation is commission-based, W-2, with production-tiered incentives and exclusive benefits. Ideal candidates have established Tucson-area books and a track record of client relationships, with licenses as described in the qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license; SIE plus Series 6/7 and 63/66 preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting or insurance with client relationships.
• Established Tucson or Southern Arizona client relationships encouraged.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Clean U4/U5 history with ability to review restrictions with counsel.
