Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent production track qualifies.
• Active Arizona Life & Health license; SIE plus Series 6/7 and 63/66 registrations preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting, financial services, or insurance with established client relationships.
• Established client relationships in Tucson or Southern Arizona (Foothills/Oro Valley/Marana, Green Valley/Sahuarita, Havasu/Kingman, border market).
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Clean or discussable U4/U5 history; no binding non-solicitation; clear expiration timeline.
