Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking experienced financial advisors across Arizona to transfer their established client books to an independent, portable platform. You will service clients with tailored strategies backed by a broad multi-carrier marketplace and an open-architecture shelf.

This role offers 100% ownership of your book, a commission-based W-2 arrangement, and a transition bonus negotiated case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred or equivalent production track record.
• Active Arizona Life & Health license; SIE plus Series 6/7 and 63/66 registrations preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting, financial services, or insurance with established client relationships.
• Established client relationships in Arizona, with a book ready to travel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Clean or discussable U4/U5 compliance history; no binding non-solicitation or clear expiration timeline.
• Ready to decide within 14–21 days after completing legal review with counsel.

Responsibilities

• Move your established book to an independent platform with 100% portability.
• Own 100% of your clients on a commission-based, uncapped, production-tiered structure.
• Work with National Life Group and a broad multi-carrier marketplace to service HNW clients.
