Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group in Northern Arizona seeks experienced financial advisors to move their established books to an independent platform with 100% portability. You will engage clients with tailored strategies aligned to their goals, backed by a broad multi-carrier marketplace and a team-override on First-Year Commissions.

This is a commission-based W-2 role with no base salary. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial consulting, active Arizona licenses, and established NA client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; equivalent production track record qualifies.
• Active Arizona Life & Health license; SIE and Series 6/7 and 63/66 registrations preferred.
• 3+ years of financial consulting or insurance experience with established client relationships.
• Established client relationships in Northern Arizona with a book ready to move.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Clean or discussable U4/U5 history; no binding non-solicitation, or exp. timeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in transitioning their book to an independent platform with 100% portability.
• Engage clients with tailored strategies aligned to their goals.
• Explain compensation structure and contract terms during onboarding.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

CLU, ChFC, CFP, RICP certifications

Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license

SIE

Series 6/7 and 63/66 registrations

3+ years of experience in financial consulting or related field
