A leading insurance consulting firm is seeking a High Value Residential Insurance Inspector in Santa Barbara, CA. This role offers the flexibility to work from home and requires professional interactions with homeowners and insurance agents. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, and experience in insurance adjusting or home appraisals is preferred. You will perform on-site surveys, document findings, and manage your schedule independently. This position allows for both supplemental and primary income opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior underwriting experience is desirable.
• Prior inspection experience on residential homes is desirable.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and necessary insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Interact with homeowners and insurance agents.
• Document construction materials and unique features of properties.
• Generate estimated replacement values for homes.
• Complete web-based reports on inspections.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills
