Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a High Value Residential Insurance Inspector to cover the Western Missouri & Kansas areas. You will schedule and conduct on-site surveys, take photos and measurements, and document findings for underwriters.

As a 1099 Field Consultant, you will work independently from a home office, coordinate with homeowners and agents, and deliver loss control reports through Signature’s portal.

Qualifications

• Experience in underwriting or inspections is desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Self-starting and reliable with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, document issues for underwriter.
• Generate estimated replacement values and identify major hazards.
• Communicate inspection findings through the loss control portal.
