Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organization and pipeline management.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning welcomed.
• Connected to the Columbia community is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Generate and respond to leads across weddings, corporate and conference events.
• Lead site tours and walkthroughs to showcase spaces and envision client setups.
• Present pricing, packages, and add-ons tailored to each event.
• Negotiate rental terms within company pricing structure.
• Close bookings and collect signed agreements and deposits to finalize each booking.
• Maintain a shared tracking sheet from first contact through close.
• Provide a monthly summary of closed bookings, commissions, and upcoming opportunities.
