Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking an Events/Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for guests planning birthday parties, church events, and corporate gatherings. You’ll design fun, customized party packages that combine food, drinks, and attractions, while building strong relationships with local organizations.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, attending chamber events, and turning inquiries into booked events.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with guests.
• Experience in sales or events coordination is a plus.
• Ability to design engaging event packages and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Sell event packages and drive bookings for parties, church events, and corporate groups.
• Prospect local organizations and attend community events to grow park business.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into confirmed reservations.
• Collaborate with the Park Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
