L&R Distributors seeks a self-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow and manage independent drug retail accounts within an assigned geographic territory.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with uncapped commission potential. The role focuses on developing new business, servicing existing customers, and driving sales growth through strong in-store relationships and account management.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of CPG sales experience in independent retail or drug channel.
• Experience selling into independent retail channels.
• Proven success in territory management and business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional initiative leadership.
• Tech-savvy with Office Suite and sales tools.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift light/medium loads and travel within territory.
• Willing to travel frequently by personal vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prospect, and open new retail accounts within territory.
• Present product lines, promotions, and programs to customers.
• Onboard new accounts and secure first orders.
• Maintain prospect and account records and visit logs.
• Service existing accounts on a regular schedule.
• Write accurate sales orders and manage inventory feedback.
• Maintain merchandising standards and product placement.
• Share new items and promotions with customers.
• Monitor inventory and recommend reorders.
• Conduct regular business reviews with store ownership/management.
