• Experience with SEC reporting, Audit Committee responsibilities, internal controls and public-company governance is highly desirable.

• Provide Board-level oversight of financial reporting, audits and internal controls.
• Lead or participate in Audit Committee leadership and governance
• Advise management on SEC and Nasdaq readiness and public-market transactions
