Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking an Independent Contractor Recruiter to source, onboard and maintain a steady pipeline of Independent Contractors across multiple markets to support delivery and logistics operations.

You will manage high-volume recruiting in the final mile/home delivery space, ensure contractor compliance, and partner with market leaders to forecast capacity while maintaining accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, logistics or contractor recruiting.
• Experience with independent contractor (1099) model and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple markets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and onboard Independent Contractors for delivery and logistics operations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified Independent Contractors to meet market needs.
• Partner with local market leaders and operations managers to forecast capacity needs.
• Ensure all Independent Contractors meet compliance requirements, including insurance and background checks.
• Track recruitment activity, conversion rates, and onboarding milestones.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Fleet, and Operations teams on onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
• Conduct exit interviews to inform retention strategies.
• Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and vendor partnerships.
