Job summary

Rx Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced sales professional to maintain and grow label business across Arizona and neighboring states.

The role requires in-person customer visits, phone and email follow-ups, and coordination with a Customer Service Representative to ensure orders are serviced accurately and on time. Ideal candidates have five years of sales experience and familiarity with Flexo or digital label production.

• Existing knowledge of Flexo and/or Digital printing is desired.

• Quote new orders by acquiring samples and using pricing tiers provided by the estimator, plus repeat orders using updated raw material costs.
• Use TLC Label ERP system for order tracking, customer history review and other functions.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with other company departments – office manager, art department, production staff and shipping dept.
• Respond to customers' requests in a timely manner while providing excellent service.

JOB SUMMARY:

Maintain and cultivate new label sales from customers via in-person visits plus phone/e-mail follow-up communication, while teaming with a Customer Service Representative to service the account. Target customers include companies within the State of Arizona, or surrounding States that use Flexo or Digitally produced labels, and may come from any industry, i.e. commercial, automotive, agriculture, beverage and household items.

JOB COMPETENCIES:

• 1. Effectively communicate with customers via phone, e-mail and in-person using a professional disposition.
• 2. Present new ideas to customers regarding raw material options, branding suggestions and other service-related skills.
• 3. Work closely with CSR Rep to ensure all details are fulfilled to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the customer's order.
• 4. Build rapport with clients to build a long-term relationship resulting in repeat orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• 1. This is a 1099 commission only position. Standard commission is 10% with opportunities to quote alternate pricing to achieve Bonus commission that is split between the Company and the Representative. All commission paid is based on invoiced orders.
• 2. This position can be Part Time or Full Time. The independent contractor sets their own hours.
• 3. Representative is responsible for all ordinary and necessary expenses incurred in operating Representative's independent business, including automobile expenses, fuel, insurance, lodging, meals, telephone, internet & office expenses.
• 4. Representative is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from compensation paid under this Agreement, including applicable income, self-employment, employment, and other taxes.

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:

Five (5) years' sales experience is required. Existing knowledge of Flexo and/or Digital printing is desired.
