Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state.

• Willing to travel to remote military installations and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine medical concerns.
• Document interview results in the health record using the proprietary system.
