VIP Labs LLC in Illinois seeks experienced Mobile Phlebotomists to join a flexible, independent contractor role delivering diagnostic testing in patients' homes, healthcare facilities, and approved sites.

You will travel to locations for venipuncture and specialized collections, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and ensure specimen quality. Prior mobile phlebotomy and geriatric/homebound experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional phlebotomy experience.
• Current phlebotomy certification and proficiency in specimen labeling, processing and transport.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and current automobile insurance.
• Strong time-management, navigation, communication and problem-solving skills including smartphone documentation.
• Ability to travel between locations and transport supplies.
• Previous mobile phlebotomy experience and geriatric/homebound care valued.

Responsabilités

• Travel to patient locations to perform specimen collections including venipuncture and specialized collections.
• Manage your schedule to arrive on time, accounting for travel, traffic and deadlines.
• Ensure specimen quality by labeling, processing and transporting samples per lab requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation of patient interactions and follow-up needs in HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Resolve field issues and communicate unresolved matters promptly.
• Represent VIP Labs with professionalism and respect in a confidential service environment.
