Qualifikationen

• Licensed to practice in South Carolina preferred.
• Experience in insurance coverage disputes is a plus.
• Experience with complex personal injury litigation is desirable.

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Preparing and responding to written discovery.
• Reviewing and analyzing documents and case materials.
• Preparing for and taking or defending depositions.
• Assisting with hearings, mediations, and case strategy.
• Supporting attorneys in trial preparation and, as appropriate, at trial.
