Qualifications

• Experience in insurance coverage disputes and complex personal injury litigation
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage assignments independently

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare and respond to written discovery
• Review and analyze documents and case materials
• Prepare for and take or defend depositions
• Assist with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and, as appropriate, at trial
