Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

As a Ulysses (Owner-Operator), you'll manage operations while scaling your business to maximize efficiency and earnings. You bring the inspiration, operations, labor, and commitment to service level; we provide the tools, and support to help you succeed.

We're seeking a hands-on contractor to manage and operate a high-volume, fast-casual food location featuring multiple food brands. As an independent operator, you'll have the autonomy to manage operating hours, staffing, and menus, while benefiting from operational and technical support, marketing, and demand engine.

What You'll Do As An Operator

As an Operator, you'll step into an entrepreneurial role where hustle meets leadership. You'll be trusted to run the business, inspire your team, and drive growth.

• Run daily operations for a multi-brand, fast-casual restaurant
• Build, lead, and hire a small, high-performing team
• Maximize revenue opportunities
• Adapt and innovate offerings to meet local market trends and customer demand
