Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking independent contractors to perform on-site inspections at residential and commercial construction projects in Parker, KS. You will photograph progress using our smartphone app and submit images to the reporting team, with tasks typically completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.

No report writing is required; the role emphasizes punctual communication, reliable transportation, and adherence to PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• 1. No prior experience required
• 2. Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice for inspections
• 3. Reliable transportation to inspection sites
• 4. Smartphone or tablet (iPhone/Android) compatible with the Pruvan app, <5 year device age
• 5. PPE gear: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos)
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the app
• Submit photos to the report writing team
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment
