Sedgwick is seeking independent contractors to expand inspection capacity across the United States. You’ll focus on construction classifications (ISO 1–6) and general liability for commercial risks, performing on-site inspections and delivering concise reports.

Reports include measurements, photos, observations, and risk recommendations. Pay is per completed assignment with weekly payments, typically $45–$100 per project, depending on client specs, program, and location.

Formación

• Independent contractor status
• Experience with property and general liability inspections
• Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius
• Background check required

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site inspections
• Prepare clear, concise reports including exterior measurements, photos, observations and recommendations
• Provide summary of current conditions and any visible hazards
