Job summary

Sedgwick seeks independent contractor inspectors with expertise in construction classifications (ISO 1–6) and general liability to expand inspection volume across the United States.

Inspections focus on property and general liability coverage for a range of commercial risks, including retail, offices, churches, schools, restaurants, and multi‑unit housing. You will conduct on-site inspections, photograph properties, document observations and hazards, and prepare concise reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role focusing on inspections for property and liability coverage.
• Experience with ISO construction classifications and general liability lines is required.
• Background and background screening will be conducted.
