Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with property and general liability risk assessment.
• Ability to perform on-site inspections.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections for commercial properties.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive inspection reports including exterior measurements, diagrams and photographs.
• Provide observations, recommendations and a summary of current conditions and hazards.
