Job summary

Sedgwick seeks independent contractor inspectors with expertise in construction classifications (ISO 1–6) and general liability to expand its inspection volume across the United States. You will conduct on-site inspections of various commercial properties and prepare precise, comprehensive reports.

You will capture exterior measurements and photographs, document observations and recommendations, and identify any visible hazards.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing on-site building inspections for liability and property claims.
• Knowledge of ISO classes 1–6 and general liability concepts.
• Ability to produce clear, concise inspection reports with photos and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of properties for liability and property coverage.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive reports including measurements and photos.
• Document observations, recommendations and hazards; deliver reports to clients.
