Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractor inspectors to expand inspection volume across the United States. Work includes on-site inspections, producing clear, concise reports, including exterior measurements, photos, observations, and recommendations for a range of commercial risks such as retail, offices, churches, restaurants, and multi-family properties.

Payments are made weekly, based on completed reports per client specifications, with typical assignments paying between $45 and $100.

Qualifications

• Experience performing on-site inspections of commercial properties.
• Ability to compile clear, comprehensive inspection reports.
• Familiarity with property and general liability coverage concepts.
• Wamiliarity with ISO classifications (optional)

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial risks (retail, offices, churches, schools, restaurants, multi-family properties).
• Prepare clear, concise reports including measurements, photos, observations and recommendations.
• Summarize current conditions and any visible hazards in reports.
