Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) is seeking Commercial Property Inspectors to perform inspections across a wide territory from a home-office setup. The role requires driving to commercial properties, taking photos, interviewing property managers, and compiling reports with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and proficiency with common office software. Training is provided, and there is a flexible schedule for inspectors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with using Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email or phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties within an assigned territory.
• Take digital photos and insert them into reports via the company system or Excel/Word.
• Attend training or meetings as required and follow all policies and safety rules.
• Follow directions carefully and stay on top of assignments to avoid last-minute crunches.
• Prepare clear, concise reports detailing inspection findings.
