Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) seeks Commercial Property Inspectors to travel to a variety of commercial properties, assess physical condition, occupancy, and management, and report findings. Inspectors work from home offices, coordinate with property managers, schedule inspections, and prepare detailed reports with photos.

A reliable car and flexibility for a wide territory are required. Strong communication and computer skills, plus proficiency with Excel and Word, help ensure timely,

Qualifications

• Work quickly to meet hard deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Assess property physical condition accurately.
• Prepare clear, concise reports.
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills.
• Own PC-based Windows 10+ computer.
• Excel and Word (2013+) installed.
• Self-starter with high motivation.
• Stay on top of assignments; avoid last-minute crunches.
• Follow directions carefully.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized; flexible schedule.
• Available to work at least two full days.
• Able to climb fixed vertical ladders.
• Have reliable car for wide territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email and/or phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties within assigned territory.
• Take digital photos of properties and upload to reports.
• Enter photos into reports using the company website, Excel or Word.
• Attend training or meetings as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures and ethics.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
