Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) seeks a Commercial Property Inspector to travel to commercial properties, assess physical condition, occupancy and management. The role relies on self-management from a home office, coordinating with property managers, taking photos, and compiling reports in our system.

Ideal candidates communicate well, have solid computer skills, own essential equipment, and can inspect roofs and all areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet hard due dates with minimal supervision
• Ability to adequately assess the physical condition of a property
• Prepare clear and concise reports
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills
• Own a PC-based Windows 10+ computer
• Access to Microsoft Excel and Word (2013+)
• Self-starter with minimal motivation
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with a flexible schedule
• Availability to work at least two full days
• Ability to climb fixed vertical ladders
• Reliable car to cover wide territory

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email and/or phone calls.
• Complete physical inspections of properties within an assigned territory.
• Take digital photos of properties using a camera, smartphone, or tablet.
• Type and insert photos into a report via the company website or Excel/Word.
• Attend training or meetings as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethics codes.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
