Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) seeks Commercial Property Inspector to inspect commercial properties, assess physical condition, occupancy, and management from a home-based office. You will schedule inspections, conduct site visits across a wide territory, and document findings with photos and reports.

The role requires strong communication, reliable equipment, and the ability to work independently toward deadlines.

Formación

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet hard due dates with minimal supervision.
• Adequately assess the physical condition of a property.
• Prepare clear and concise reports.
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills.
• Own a PC-based Windows 10+ computer with Excel/Word access.
• Must be self-driven and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email or phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties within a territory.
• Take digital photos of properties with a camera or device.
• Enter photos into reports via the company website or Word/Excel.
• Attend training or meetings as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
