Job summary

Preferred Reports is seeking experienced Commercial Loss Control Consultants to act as approved vendors for property and casualty inspections. This independent contractor role requires personal equipment and reliable transportation; inspections are paid per assignment with weekly payments after completion.

Vendors must provide a current resume, pass a background check, and have strong knowledge of GL/property coverages.

Qualifications

• Three years of loss control surveying experience in property or casualty lines.
• Strong knowledge of general liability and property coverage.
• Owns equipment and a reliable vehicle to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insureds or agents.
• Complete physical inspections of properties.
• Take clear digital photos.
• Identify and document hazards or controls.
• Conduct on-site management interviews.
• Upload reports and photos to the cloud system by deadline.
• Follow client guidelines.
• Communicate with Preferred Reports, agents and insureds.
• Provide high-quality professional services.
