Job summary

Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is a leading Loss Control provider for the property and casualty Insurance sector, seeking experienced Insurance Loss Control Consultants to cover our territory. You will perform commercial insurance inspections and compile underwriting reports for insurers.

Responsibilities include driving to sites, photographing facilities, noting operations, and documenting findings online. Travel and reporting deadlines vary by location as assignments are issued daily or weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or major carriers.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance lines: Property, GL, Inland Marine.
• Ability to identify building construction types and ISO classes.
• Broad understanding of NFPA codes.
• Strong writing, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Record onsite observations, photos, and measurements per carrier rules.
• Identify construction type, square footage and hazards.
• Complete inspections and reports by due dates.
• Communicate with Field Manager to optimize inspections.
• Schedule inspections with insured representatives onsite.
• Prepare and upload inspection results and diagrams.
• Travel to insured locations; overnight travel may be required.
